Nick lives in Sacramento with his 3 kiddos. Nick was in the insurance and banking industry for a good 15 years when he transitioned into logistics and transportation, and hasn’t looked back since. Shine logistics has over 250 employees and is in 11 countries and growing.

Nick shares his journey with us and focuses his discussion topics around his people. He has created an organization that is “People Centric” versus business centric. He shares his thoughts and tips on how to create that people centric culture.

Nick also shares some tips on hiring and managing his people to create the culture that he wants. We also dive into a few of the strategic decisions he is int he middle of carrying out with his company, specifically a complete shift into technology and a SaaS model, even though he has a wildly successful truck brokerage business.
