High Performance CEO

This CEO gives unlimited paid time off to his employees?

This show is made with one purpose, to help you create an autonomous and engaged high performance organization. Where we deliver you proven strategies and expert interviews on how to drive significant profit growth, create an ownership culture and give you the time freedom you always wanted from your business.

In this episode we have the pleasure of interviewing Richard Palarea on the show.Richard is the CEO of the Kermit, a Baltimore-based healthcare cost reduction and spend management company

In this episode, Richard and I discuss the importance of starting your business with the end in mind…in other words, having a solid exit strategy from the beginning. We then dive head first into something I personally have not seen, and love the idea of – giving your employees unlimited paid time off. We discuss the reasoning and how it has effected his culture, needless to say it has been amazing for his company.

We also discuss the criticality of having an operating system to run your business by, and how many business “fall apart” if they don’t have some sort of structure as they climb over $10M in size. Richard talks about how empowerment has been one of the keys to his success as CEO.

This is one episode you don’t want to miss. I love Richard’s top down empowerment and giving approach. Join us for this week’s episode of the Exitable Business Podcast here:
