This show is made with one purpose, to help you create an autonomous and engaged high performance organization. Where we deliver you proven strategies and expert interviews on how to drive significant profit growth, create an ownership culture and give you the time freedom you always wanted from your business.

In this episode we have the pleasure of interviewing Santiago Halty on the show, and Santiago is the CEO of Senda Athletics, welcome to the show Santiago.

Santiago is the founder and CEO of Senda Athletics which launched in 2010 to offer top-quality Fair Trade Certified soccer balls. Since then, the company has become the leading U.S. brand for futsal—a rapidly growing 5-a-side version of soccer—and expanded into footwear, premium grip socks, and bespoke team uniforms. Senda’s products are sold through best-in-class retailers including Dick’s Sporting Goods, Amazon, Soccer.com, and specialty stores.

Santiago shares with us the criticality of two items:

  1. Excellent market research and LISTENING to your clients
  2. The power of niching

Santiago has been able to successfully penetrate a market that would have otherwise been impossible to gain traction in without niching. He has created a following and a community committed to his niche and it is paying off big time.

But…he would never have stumbled upon this niche is he didnt listen carefully to his clients and the community!

The riches are in the niches!
