High Performance CEO

Stop Flipping The Burgers and Find Solutions, Not Excuses!

This show is made with one purpose, to help you create an autonomous and engaged high performance organization. Where we deliver you proven strategies and expert interviews on how to drive significant profit growth, create an ownership culture and give you the time freedom you always wanted from your business.

In this episode we have the pleasure of interviewing Jeff Egnew on the show, and Jeff is the CEO of Accesories Plus Houseware Rental.

He founded his company with a dream, an incredible work ethic, good partners and a bit of luck that went in his favor. He founded his company in Colorado in 2005, expanded to Seattle, WA a few years later and then relocated to his home of Phoenix, AZ and opened a location there.

Through many ups and downs he found himself at the point with his business that he was able to step aside and let his team run the business and he was able to spend his time in recreation and other business projects. His company has had 30-40% year over year growth since he stepped away.

Jeff shares with us the importance of having a dream and not allowing any excuses to keep you from achieving that dream.

Jeff dives into some his recruiting secrets…and they have nothing to do with the interview or best websites to find people. His method is time tested and proven by the most successful CEO’s in the world.

Jeff also discusses how important it is to not be the leader that leads via a desk. The importance of leading by example and being in the field as often as humanly possible.
