In this episode Bryon shares with us some of his stories and experiences around his first attempt at this concept, what he learned from having to shut down that concept. We dive into how it is lonely at the top and how one of the most important roles as the CEO is to act as the “shit shield”. Bryon hits on the key to the success of his company is to eliminate any toxic people, not hire for skill and focus on hiring people that are like minded and excited about what we are doing.
