High Performance CEO

This show is made with one purpose, to help you create an autonomous and engaged high performance organization. Where we deliver you proven strategies and expert interviews on how to drive significant profit growth, create an ownership culture and give you the time freedom you always wanted from your business.

In this episode we have the pleasure of interviewing Cathy Miron on the show, and Cathy is the CEO of eSilo, a data protection and cybersecurity company. She is a speaker, trainer, and certified small business mentor helping businesses and municipal agencies prepare for cyberattacks and other IT mishaps, with the ultimate goal of minimizing the disruption they cause to your organization.

Before eSilo, Cathy spent 15 years at General Electric (GE) and worked extensively in their corporate IT audit and banking divisions before moving to GE headquarters as one of their chief technology officers.

In this episode, Cathy shares with us some great insights into the importance of letting go in life and business. And how by not letting go and trusting that the universe has a master plan for us, we are trying to control and force something that likely should not be.

Cathy dives into her story of how she acquired eSilo in 2018 and her journey since the acquisitions.

Cathy also shares with us the importance of having duplicity and redundancy in your business not only with systems, processes and procedures, but having coverage for roles of key team members.
