This is such an important concept and he shares with us how this amplifies their productivity.

Andy also discusses how they have been able to leverage the IIOT (Industrial Internet Of Things) for resource monitoring or powered equipment on their manufacturing floor and how this has greatly improved utilization of resources and efficiencies.

Andy also talks about how his leadership style and specifically how to ensure that people feel comfortable to speak their minds and be heard in his company.  As we know people that do not feel comfortable speaking their mind lead to unresolved feelings and a poor culture.
