Before taking on the role of CEO at Pith in 2023, Tim has spent most of his career focussed in the aerospace industry, vast experiences ranging from Managing Director of International Business at Pratt & Whitney to a number of other C-level executive positions at a number of other aerospace companies.

Tim now leads all Pith Products business operations to guide company towards sustainable growth practices. Responsible for improving EBITDA and driving revenue through strategic leadership, process improvement, and gained efficiencies. Implement strategic partnerships, new marketing campaigns and additional sales channels to drive top line growth.

In this episode, Tim shares with us how outsourcing non-critical path roles has allowed his team to focus on higher priority and value projects. This has allowed for great clarity and focus resulting in removing lesser important repeatable tasks from his primary teams plate.

Along that same vein, Tim also shares how he has been able to utilize outside sales reps that already have relationships with his target clients versus hiring an internal sales team.

Time also dives into how diversification into multiple industries has been a pivotal for growth potential and sustainability during different industry sector dips.

Lastly, Tim tells us acquisitions will be a primary focus for him and his team going forward.
