Oscar shares with us the importance of utilizing technology to differentiate yourself in whatever space you are in. Oscar is a front runner in his space by developing a software whereby potential clients can get a very accurate online quote for their 3D manufacturing projects.
Oscar goes on to tell us that finding the right people has been his key to success. And his responsibilities as the CEO is to ensure that they are trained, proper expectations set and are properly motivated.
Oscar also tells us how it is just as important to say NO to, as it is important to say YES to. A company must stay focused on their core mission and vision and not chase squirrels.
