Cullen lives in Las Vegas with his wife and his 3 children  Cullen is a Naval Veteran, so near and dear to my heart.  

After the Navy, Cullen was a Chief Engineer for Hewlett Packard and about 10 years ago he saw a huge opportunity in the cannibis industry and started GreenBroz.

GreenBroz creates harvesting automation machinery and is the go-to company in the space for efficiency in harvesting.

In this episode, Cullen and I dive into the importance of maintaining a lean and simple operation. Not over complicating processes that many leaders try to do.

Cullen talks about how he has stuck to the basics – simple SOP’s, document your structure, need to measure objective vs subjective and always strive for an incremental, measurable improvement.
