This show is made with one purpose, to help you create an autonomous and engaged high performance organization. Where we deliver you proven strategies and expert interviews on how to drive significant profit growth, create an ownership culture and give you the time freedom you always wanted from your business.

In this episode we have the pleasure of interviewing Phil Masiello on the show, and Phil is the Founder and CEO of CrunchGrowth.

Phil Masiello is the founder and CEO of CrunchGrowth Revenue Acceleration Agency assisting consumer product brands with their Ecommerce efforts, social media marketing and Amazon Seller marketing.

Previously, Phil was a Founder and CEO of 800razors.com, Raw Beauty, Inc. with Carol Alt, and The Daily Market, a Washington, DC based grab and go meal store chain.

Philip Masiello is the author of Think-Engage-Thrive: Marketing Actions To Skyrocket Your Brand In The Digital Age. And the upcoming book Empires and Entrepreneurs: How Business Shaped the World, Stories of Entrepreneurs and Entrepreneurship Throughout History to be released May 10th.

In this episode, Phil shares with us his lessons learned in the importance of always being on the look out for potential needs to pivot the organization. Remaining flexible instead of trying to put a round peg into a square hole today when it did fit yesterday.

Phil talks about the need to have the ability to not only listen to your clients and industry, but then being open enough to take action and capitalize on their feedback.

Phil also talks about his journey in learning to delegate as early as in his first business at age 27.
