How Culture Drives Client Happiness, Retention and Revenue!

This show is made with one purpose, to help you create an autonomous and engaged high performance organization. Where we deliver you proven strategies and expert interviews on how to drive significant profit growth, create an ownership culture and give you the time freedom you always wanted from your business.

In this episode we have the pleasure of interviewing Matthew Davis on the show, and Matthew is the Managing Attorney Davis Business Law.

Matthew Davis is an attorney, heavy metal guitarist, and entrepreneur that led his solely owned firm, Davis Business Law, through over 1000% percent growth over six years, making it one of very rare law firms ever to make the Inc 5000 list.

The firm currently has eight offices from Austin to Kansas City. With over twenty-five years of experience helping business leaders with their legal and entrepreneurial matters, Davis now teaches them how to deal with their vulnerabilities so they can capitalize on their opportunities through his firm’s proprietary Strong Protected Business System™️.

Davis lives in Enid, Oklahoma, where his family has lived for six generations, and holds degrees from the University of Oklahoma, Cornell University, and Cornell College.

In this episode Matthew shares how critical it is to truly understand your culture, and even more so how that differentiates you from your competition.  In his practices, they have been able to create such an amazing culture with amazing customer service and experience such that he is selling oranges when everyone else is selling lemons…no one can compete with his high value service and customer experience.

Their key is to create an attorney lifestyle company.  When an employee (attorney in Matthews case) feels extremely well taken care of, they will equally take well care of the clients.  This result in significantly higher than industry average client happiness, retention and more referrals.

Matthew shares how you also have to an organized way to dal with your vulnerabilities in your business.  Until you are able to strategically deal; with your vulnerabilities, you will not be able to capitalize on your opportunities.
