Ron shares with us how having an operational system in place has been pivotal to his ability to effectively scale. And the part of the EOS system that has been the most beneficial is the “people analyzer” portion, which helps you analyze where your entire team is now and helps you measure their success going forward, which produces a system wish allows the employees to basically determine their future with your company.
Ron shares with us how he has implemented the “Adaptive Leadership Approach”, which pushes out the decision making process to the lowest level possible. This helps create a team of problem solvers that come to you with solutions, not just problems.
