- Daily huddle with daily KPI’s. Every morning regardless of where I am.
- Be prepared.
- Each department has 3-5 KPI’s and have those KPI’s ready for the meeting
- Grew fast and focus on what really matters and if it doesn’t matter, leave it alone
- Don’t get caught up in anything that has anything to do with movement
- Go from supplier of cabinetry to owning more of the jobsites
- Owning more aspects of the big lucrative jobs that we are working on.
- Becoming a GC in his locations.
