Shiblu came to the US in 2010 with $100 to his name and has since become an entrepreneur and taken advantage of the amazing opportunities America has to offer. Shiblu spent much of his career in engineering roles at major companies like Volkswagon, Chrysler and Quicken.
Shiblu dives into his experience as CEO, focusing around the importance of empowering your people and not micromanaging. Shiblu discusses how important it is as a founder to be absolutely passionate about your end goal and not let any one distract you away from that. There will be people that will try to burst your bubble, but you HAVE to stay committed to your vision.
