Bryan Clayton is an entrepreneur, author, and speaker who has built a successful career by focusing on hard work, perseverance, and innovation. He is the co-founder and CEO of GreenPal, an online platform that connects homeowners with local lawn care professionals. Under Bryan’s leadership, GreenPal has grown into a multi-million dollar company with over 200,000 active users and has been featured in publications like Forbes, Inc. and Entrepreneur.

Prior to starting GreenPal, Bryan founded Peachtree Inc., a landscaping company that he grew to become one of the largest in the state of Tennessee, with over $10 million in annual revenue. Peachtree was eventually acquired by LUSA Holdings, a national company. Bryan has also been recognized for his leadership and entrepreneurial spirit by organizations like the Nashville Business Journal, which named him one of its “40 under 40” honorees.

Bryan’s entrepreneurial journey is a testament to the power of hard work, determination, and a willingness to take risks. He is passionate about helping others achieve their own success and is always looking for ways to give back to his community.

In this episode Bryan shares with us one of his trade secrets and that is to automate as much as you can, and do it as early as you can. When you find yourself doing the same repetitive tasks every day there is a large opportunity to improve efficiencies.

He also talks about the importance of having a weekly stand up meeting to hold himself and his team accountable to action items and commitments, which ensures continue improvement.
