In this episode we have the pleasure of interviewing Adam Puzach on the show, and Adam is the CEO of Pack Logix.
Adam is the President and CEO of Pack Logix, a Milwaukee based contract packager specializing in the filling of petroleum products. Before making the transition to CEO, Adam held the position of CFO, leading the company’s financial team.
Prior to his time at Pack Logix, Adam was the CFO of the Milwaukee Athletic Club, and worked in Corporate banking specializing in distressed assets in the turnaround division. He will be graduating from Harvard University in the fall with a Master’s degree in Management and in his spare time enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughter.
Adam is one of the most successful young entrepreneurs we have had on the show.
Today Adam shares with us some of his tips and secrets into how to perform a company turnaround, which is his specialty.
A small preview – You start with the cash flow, which has to be solid before anything else can be fixed. Then you move into team and from here pick 1 problem that the entire team and company can rally on. All hands on deck focusing on that 1 problem until it is fixed and then you move on to the next problem.
Adam also shares with some outstanding tips on how to build and develop culture to create a fun and fulfilling workplace for everyone from the top to the bottom.
