Reporting directly to the international ownership with full P&L and balance sheet responsibility. Deeply involved in sales and marketing activities building brands to generate growth. Extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions, buy side and sell side, with more than two dozen transactions including international deals.

The division consisted of four operating companies ranging from manufacturing to distribution selling in excess of 150,000 articles into more than twenty countries.
